Manduela Pipes

As long times friends of Poul Ilsted it was obvious that we wanted to represent his apprentice as well.

Born in 1967, Manduela is one of the younger active pipe makers - and she’s a walking party! Her pipes are, naturally, inspired by the form language of Ilsted, but they certainly have their very own unique character, not least because of her fascination with exotic woods. She makes about 50 pipes a years and everything is 100% handmade and very precisely executed.

In our humble opinion Mandu is among the five best pipe makers in the world right now - and we’re very happy to be able to present her work!
